My name is AJ Romero and I am the Dean of Students at Smith Elementary School going on my 8th year. I have a passion for working with students and families and I enjoy using my outgoing, innovative, and creative ways to contribute to the exciting supports, events, and day to day operations that happen every day at Smith Elementary School. I graduated from Colorado State University for my undergrad and University of Northern Colorado for my Masters Degree. In my past years I have coached all age groups and high school basketball. Basketball has made a huge impact on my own life and is a HUGE passion of mine. I am excited for the opportunity to work with every child that walks into the building here at Smith. This year will be nothing less than AMAZING!!!!
