Hello Smith family and friends! I’m Taylor Sloan and I recently moved to Denver in May. I am originally from Iowa where I taught first grade for 2 years. I feel grateful for the opportunity to teach and learn alongside of all of the amazing second graders this year! Aside from teaching, I enjoy spending my time hiking, listening to live music, and doing anything that involves my 2 year old golden retriever, Leo! I am extremely excited to be apart of Smith and to develop long lasting relationships with each student that enters my classroom!
